I love, love. love the Electric Elephant Festival. Now in it’s sixth year the event was held in July in a private beach resort in the town of Tisno. The whole week is a highlight and although I miss a few elements from the previous beautiful home in Petrcane the new Barbarellas Discoteque more than makes up for it – it was and is amazing – dancing under the stars and watching the sun rise… back to the old days in Ibiza. And then there is the garlic squid… roll on July 2013! The usual suspects were in attendance running amock, oh and playing music including Low Life, Unambombers, Trevor Jackson, Chris Duckenfield, Balearic Mike and Kelvin Andrews with their legendardy boat party Down to the Sea & back and Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston improvising geniuses with their epic Love from Outer Space sets.
